Gioia Vidusso is Investment Manager and joined PINOVA in December 2025.
Prior to joining PINOVA, Gioia worked as Investment Manager at Mutares, where she was involved in transactions in the automotive and industrials sectors, with a particular focus on carve-outs and companies with operational improvement potential. Earlier in her career, she gained internship experience in Transaction Services and Restructuring at Deloitte.
Gioia holds an M.Sc. in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, and she also studied in Germany and Norway.
