Ron Diekämper is Investment Analyst and joined PINOVA in July 2025.
Before joining PINOVA, Ron gained private equity experience at capiton and Allianz Capital Partners as part of his studies, as well as transaction experience in M&A at Carlsquare.
Ron studied Finance (M.Sc.) at the Nova School of Business and Economics and Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the University of Münster. During his bachelor studies, he spent a semester at the University of Leicester in England.
