Assyst GmbH will continue to run its business independently, develop all its products further and strive for a common, consistent product world with Style3D. The first joint appearance of the Assyst-Style3D team will already take place at the Assyst Experience as part of Munich Fabric Start (January 24-26, 2023).
Both companies have deep roots in apparel design and production: Style3D in Asia and Assyst in EMEA. Together, they are now creating a global offering for manufacturers and brands that covers the entire value chain of the apparel industry—from design and production to the various retail touchpoints.
The primary focus is on integrating the two companies’ flagship products—Assyst.CAD and Style3D. Style3D is currently the most advanced 3D fashion design software, with correspondingly high growth figures worldwide, while Assyst is the market leader in CAD in German-speaking countries and Italy and offers a comprehensive software portfolio ranging from 2D/3D CAD to production (Automarker) and sales touchpoints.

The driving force behind the merger is the optimal complementarity of both companies’ technology portfolios, which will combine to form a new global offering for digital material and accessory management through to product realization. Through the merger, Assyst GmbH is also strengthening its competitive position in the European 3D sector. Style3D, in turn, benefits from Assyst’s expertise in the development, CAD, and digital simulation of apparel products, as well as from access to the international market.
