Katrin Brökelmann Partner
Before co-founding PINOVA, Katrin Brökelmann spent 8 years at 3i in Germany and Switzerland where she was responsible for investments in small and mid cap companies.
She was part of the team that established 3i in Switzerland and has invested in several companies across industries and stages of development, 3 out of which were successfully listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. After having moved to 3i Frankfurt, Katrin Brökelmann focused on the Media Sector, as well as Industrial and Technology including the Cleantech sub-sector.
She started her career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Germany, where she spent 5 years before co-founding UnitedScreens Media AG, a start-up company which established a new advertising platform.
Katrin Brökelmann was raised in an entrepreneurial family. She completed an apprenticeship in Banking with Dresdner Bank AG and studied Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and holds a Master Degree of EAP, European School of Management in Paris, Oxford and Berlin.
