Joern Pelzer Partner
Before co-founding PINOVA, Joern Pelzer spent 9 years with 3i in Germany and US. He was responsible for Engineering and late stage Technology investments.
During his time at 3i, Joern Pelzer invested in numerous companies and achieved many successful exits on both sides of the Atlantic. He launched 3i's Cleantech practice jointly with Marko Maschek.
Joern Pelzer, prior to 3i worked at the Fraunhofer-Institute where he focused on production technology and, like all PINOVA partners, has an entrepreneurial family background.
He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and a M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
