Prior to joining PINOVA, Beate spent 10 years at 3i and Technologieholding in various office management and support functions with own areas of responsibility, most recently as Marketing & Communications Administrator/Executive. Before that, she worked as assistant to the management of international organizations, mid-cap businesses and start-up companies in the fields of engineering, IT, laser and financial services.

In her role as Office Manager at PINOVA Capital she has the overall responsibility for the office organization and supports the areas of Marketing & PR and Finance.
