Expert Advisory Board

Andrew Richards is Chairman of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a publicly quoted Private Equity firm and a Senior Advisor to Swift Capital, a Private Equity Fund of Funds. He previously spent 22 years at 3i, most recently as Head of 3i German Speaking Europe. Mr Richards is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of London.

Jonathan Fleming is Managing General Partner at Oxford Bioscience Partners in Boston and holds several board positions. He started his career at Matuschka Group and TVM in Munich. Mr Fleming holds a Master in Public Administration from Princeton and is Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Business. He was a scholar of Robert Bosch Stiftung and worked in Germany for many years.

Dr. Dieter Maier holds various board positions in leading companies, among others with Nordex AG. He served as COO at Rodenstock GmbH and spent 25 years in leading mangement positions at Robert Bosch GmbH. Dr. Maier holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Birmingham and a PhD in Physics from Max-Planck-Institut, Stuttgart.

Dr. Michael Muth is a Senior Advisor to Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Europe and holds several board positions in companies and large family foundations. He previously was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co., where he spent 30 years and was a Member of the worldwide Leadership Group of the Financial Institutions Sector, Head of the Insurance & Asset Management Practice Europe and Member of McKinsey's Global Advisory Council. Dr. Muth holds an MBA from INSEAD/Fontainebleau and a PhD in Law from the University of Freiburg.
